1. Operator
LightningBet is licensed by Racing NSW and regulated by Liquor and Gaming NSW. Account closure is available in My Account › Responsible Gambling › Account Closure or by emailing [email protected] or calling (02) 9025 1487. For South Australian residents, gambling operations are governed by the South Australian Gambling Codes of Practice. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to gamble and located in a jurisdiction where the relevant service is permitted. You are responsible for complying with local law and providing accurate account information.
3. Account security
Keep your credentials confidential and tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request information necessary to verify identity, age, location or source of funds.
4. Fair use
You must not manipulate markets, misuse promotions, automate access without permission, or use LightninqBet for unlawful activity. Markets or games may be suspended, corrected or settled under the applicable rules.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must use supported methods in the verified account holder’s name. Verification and responsible gambling checks may be required before withdrawals are processed.
